Delivery Information
Small Parcel (UPS, DHL, Parcelforce, Royal Mail)
97% of all "in-stock" orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. Transit times depend on the courier and the items that are ordered. Please refer to the tracking numbers sent by our shipping partners for estimated delivery dates. If you reside in a remote area please allow additional days for transit. Some exceptions apply.
NOTE: Due to the speed in which we process in-stock orders we may be unable to make changes to your order an hour after it has been received. If you place an order at night, over the weekend or during a holiday and have a change to the order, please send details regarding the change to sales@tumbltrak.co.uk. All requests received by the morning of the following business day will be handled accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
PRESENTS AND GIFTS: Many customers order our products as a gift, especially during the holidays. Items are shipped in a nondescript cardboard box or plastic wrapping material. Our company name is printed on the box, but there are no pictures printed on the outside.
Depending on the size and nature of your order, there may be multiple boxes shipped on different dates by different couriers. For each shipment, you will receive an email shipping notification from our couriers that will include tracking information as well as an estimated day of delivery. If you do not receive this email, you may log into your account and look for tracking information there as well. Deliveries are contingent upon availability, as well as route suspensions, border congestion, strikes, accidents, fires or other causes beyond our control. Please give full and plain directions for forwarding goods. Full and complete street addresses are necessary for all shipments
Motor Freight (Pallet Courier)
Due to the large size of many Tumbl Trak products, your order may need to ship by a pallet courier. Orders that ship via a pallet courier are usually banded to a pallet with plastic banding and may require some assembly.
If a pallet delivery is required we will contact you BEFORE dispatching your order to coordinate a delivery date. We will advise the estimated transit time, if there will be multiple pallets and whether longer packages will be sent via Small Parcel (UPS, Parcelforce, etc). The pallet courier will require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. Freight companies may not be able to provide an exact time for delivery. However, we can request a call before delivery from the local depot. Note: If you are not available to receive your delivery on the pre-arranged date you may be required to pay a REDELIVERY fee.
Once your delivery arrives, be sure to INSPECT for damage, COUNT the pieces, and CONFIRM the quantity on the delivery receipt and order confirmation before you sign the delivery ticket. If anything is damaged try to refuse ONLY the damaged pieces. Be sure to WRITE on the delivery slip ANY SEEN OR POTENTIALLY UNSEEN damage.
Lost or damaged shipments
Tumbl Trak UK is not responsible for damages, shortages or lost shipments occurring in transit. For your own protection, note any damage or discrepancy (missing packages) on delivery receipts before accepting shipments. Damage MUST BE NOTED on the delivery note in order for a claim to be filed. We CANNOT help you if damage has NOT been noted on the delivery note.
Customer Collections/Pickups
If you are located near our Cardiff office you are welcome to collect your order. Please phone in advance to discuss your purchase and how to proceed with your order. We will be able to confirm whether staff are available to assist you and arrange for your order to be ready. Generally, pickups can be scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. If you wish to pick up outside this time frame this will be considered but is not guaranteed and may incur an additional fee.
On arrival please visit reception who will alert our warehouse staff. Our warehouse staff are happy to help load the equipment into your vehicle, however you will be responsible for securing the items with ratchet straps or bungee cords.
Please be aware that many Tumbl Trak products are large, bulky and/or heavy. We advise that you discuss your vehicle requirements with our staff prior to arranging a collection.
