Lengthening Handsprings

Purpose

The line down the middle of the Air Floor provides a target for the athlete to reach for. Its 5.5ft width encourages athletes to work on lengthening their handspring. The extra bounce of the Air Floor helps build a better block off for a longer front or back handspring.
