How we show prices on our store

Prices on our website include UK VAT (20%). Customers with a shipping address outside of the UK will not be charged the UK VAT. When you select your Shipping Country on the Checkout Page, the prices will update to include the costs to deliver your order to your destination country.

For countries within the European Union, total purchase costs on our website are calculated using Delivered Duties Paid terms. This means all import duties, taxes and fees are paid by Tumbl Trak UK to the courier. No additional payments to the courier will be required when the parcels are delivered.

If you are a VAT-registered business please contact us via email directly, as your local VAT rate is not being charged.

Currencies

By default, our store shows prices in GBP, but we do also accept payments in EUR. The currency will be set based on your shipping destination. The currency that you will be billed in is the one that is stated on the Checkout Page in your order summary.

Product prices are set in GBP, and the EUR prices are calculated from these. This means that the EUR prices may change based on exchange rates.

Other payment methods

For customers without a credit or debit card we have bank accounts in the UK that can accept payments by bank transfer in British Pounds (GBP) and Euros (EUR). Contact us for details if you wish to pay this way.

Warranty: 24 Months

Tumbl Trak recommends replacing the poly bed of your Trak every 5-6 years. This time frame can vary depending on the amount of daily use your Original Tumbl Trak™ receives.

The Tumbl Trak poly bed is approximately 152cm wide when measuring from outside edges of the d-rings and includes flaps to cover the d-rings. Another useful feature offered exclusively by Tumbl Trak is a loop Velcro strip that runs along each side of the Tumbl Trak bed. This Velcro allows you to attach other items like the Sticky Manipulatives and Tumbl Tape, along the edge of the tumbling surface - useful for athletes and coaches to measure the length of their tumbling passes and work towards stretching out their tumbling. Top mats with hook Velcro on the bottom can also be secured to the Velcro edging on the Tumbl Trak bed.

Can I replace my Tumbl Trak Bed with a different type of bed?

There is no difference in size, so yes you can replace your Original Tumbl Trak Bed with an Xtreme Tumbl Trak Bed or a Transition Tumbl Trak Bed.
